How does Arroyo Restoration work?
Arroyo Restoration is a free referral service. When you call or send a request, we connect you with an independent restoration company that serves your ZIP code. That company assesses the damage, gives you a scope and does the work.
Does it cost anything to call?
No. The call and the connection are free to homeowners. Participating contractors pay for referrals. Any work is agreed directly between you and the contractor.
What areas do you cover?
Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise and Goodyear. Enter your ZIP on any form to check coverage.
Can I choose my own restoration company if I have insurance?
Yes. In most cases you're free to choose who does the work. Tell your insurer which company you're using and share their photos, moisture log and scope.
What should I ask the restoration company?
Ask about insurance, IICRC training, how they'll document drying, whether they handle rebuild or refer it out, and whether they'll work directly with your insurer. You can check contractor licenses on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors website.
How quickly can someone come out?
It depends on the time of day and demand in your area. Active leaks are prioritized; tell the call-taker if water is still spreading.
